Delivery and Returns Policy
We send all parcels via Royal Mail, you will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched and a tracking number will be attached to your email, which will take you to the Royal Mail Track & Trace when clicked. All parcels will come well packaged to avoid damage.
Standard Delivery is £3.49.
Royal Mail advises delivery for second class services can be up to 3-5 working days. In the event your parcel is still not with you beyond this timeframe, we advise you contact the Royal Mail first to attempt to locate your parcel. Please note, we cannot re-send orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).
As the majority of our items are bespoke and printed to order, there is not current facility to accommodate Next Day deliveries at this time.
Prints : All prints are printed on-demand. We accept exchanges and refunds for non-personalised prints. Personalised prints are non-refundable.
Wallpaper: Returns accepted on all wallpaper which is still in original packaging in an unused, new condition.
Cards & Wrap: Returns accepted in unused, new condition.
Mugs: Personalised mugs are NOT returnable unless made in error by us. Returns for non personalised items are accepted in unused, new condition.
Toys: All toys are returnable if returned in unused, new condition only.
Bags: All bags sold personalised are non refundable.
All returns are payable by the customer.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if anything arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please contact us straight away via email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for contact and we'll do our best to resolve this for you!
